    Dear Jacadi Community,

    In the last few days, our habits have changed : families, parents, children might be at home and so are all our teams. In these moments, full of uncertainty for everyone, we take care of our community and stick together.

    After the stores, we decided to close our warehouses, out of solidarity and security measures for our employees, their families and carriers.
    For the happiness of your children, the teams are making sure the orders placed in recent days are all shipped before we close.

    Our site will remain open for you to visit, and we will have the pleasure of communicating with you every day through social networks and newsletters, to hopefully help you find happy moments in this unusual period.

  • Are the stores closed?

    For the safety of our employees and customers we decided to close the stores starting Wednesday 3/18 and until the situation improves.

  • Can I return my store/online purchase?

    At this time, we are not accepting any returns as both our stores and our warehouse have closed. Please hold onto your purchase. We will honor the return once our stores have reopened. We have extended our return policy from 30 days, to 60 days to accommodate for the current conditions. Subscribe to our newsletter to be informed when the stores reopen.

  • Can I order on jacadi.us?

    No. After careful considerations, we decided to close the warehouse until the situation improves to guarantee the safety of our employees and partners. Web orders won’t be able to be shipped for now and until the situation is resolved. Subscribe to our newsletter to be informed when the e-shop reopens.

  • I ordered before the website closed, will my order ship?

    Yes, there are some delays but our teams are doing all they can to ship all the orders placed as soon as possible, for any question about your order, feel free to contact customer service.

  • Can I cancel my order?
