All online orders are shipped from our warehouse in France using UPS International ground delivery and typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) after the order has been accepted and processed by Jacadi. The shipping charge is $15 for all orders under $200, and shipping is complimentary over $200.
Online orders placed on Jacadi.us can be delivered to a home or work address within the Continental United States, and the District of Columbia. We do not currently offer a ship-to-store option.Note that online orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box, APO/FPO address, UPS pick-up locations or hotels neither can they be shipped abroad.
Only one delivery address can be selected per order. If you are trying to ship to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
All Jacadi orders are subject to examinations from U.S. customs and if chosen for such checks, delivery time can be delayed.
ORDER TRACKING
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account at the top of any page and clicking on "Order Tracking". This will show you the progression of your order, including shipping status.
