Product recall

Dear customers,

If you bought this product at Jacadi, in store or on the website, we are asking you to stop using it immedialety and return the product to us in order to be refund.

Indeed, following an internal inspection, we discovered that this product did not meet the most
rigorous international quality standards for children: some pompoms came off after
washing and/or handling and may presente choking hazard.

By dropping it in the nearest Jacadi store, where you will be immediately refund.
We invite you to use the return slip available here.

By returning it by mail to the following address with:
- the return slip, filled out with your first name, last name, full mailing address, and e-mail address
- your bank account details
- the postage cost receipt of your shipping
