When you register and create your account with Jacadi.us, you'll be able to store or update all your addresses, manage your email preferences, maintain your wish lists and check your order history.

Check out

When you are done shopping, click "Checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping bag. During checkout, you will be asked to enter the following:

  • Your email address and password
  • The address you would like to ship to (We do not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes or Canada)
  • Any gift options, if available
  • Your payment information, card type, number and expiration date

Placing an Order

You will have a chance to verify the information in checkout and, if no changes are necessary, proceed to "Checkout". You will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order has been received within 24 hours. We will also send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and that we've charged your credit card.

Gift Orders

Gift wrap and gift message unavailable from the end of November - February & June - August due to high volume of orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.

When available, select the gift wrap option in the checkout page and we'll do the work for you. Gifts are wrapped in our signature blue box with white ribbon. We apologize that some items cannot be gift wrapped such as large nursery items or travel gear.

We are also happy to include a gift message which will print on the packing list without item prices.

Return or Exchange of a Gift Item(s)

A gift exchange can be completed for size, color or style at any Jacadi store with an accompanying packing slip within 30 days of purchase (shipment date) on unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging merchandise. Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. No exchanges are allowed on sale merchandise.

A complete refund can be completed within 30 days of purchase (shipment date) on unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging merchandise. Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. No refunds will be issued for sale merchandise. Jacadi.us order returns will not be accepted in our store locations.

To receive a refund, please contact Jacadi at customerservice@jacadi.us or 1-877-882-3038 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number. Please provide your order number when you contact us. Please ship to us the merchandise for which you received an RMA and clearly indicate the RMA number on outside of the package. Returns received without a valid and clearly indicated RMA number will be returned to you at your expense. Upon receipt of your return merchandise, if your return merchandise is in New Condition, Jacadi will issue you a full refund, minus shipping costs.

Please ship your return via insured UPS or USPS and enclose the packing slip.

When You are Charged

Generally, credit cards are not charged until we ship the item(s) to you. However, when you pay for your order using a credit card that is associated with a checking account, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your account balance.

Taxes

Tax charges are based on state and local tax laws and tax rates for the delivery address of your order. Please note that on-screen order totals reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped.

Fees

A foreign transaction fee may be charged by your card issuer.

Standard Shipping and Handling

Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders are shipped using UPS International ground delivery and typically arrive in seven (7) to twelve (12) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). The shipping charge is $15. Heavy or oversized items may be subject to higher shipping fees.

We do not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes or Canada.

You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

All Jacadi orders are subject to examinations from US customs and if chosen for such an exam, delivery time can be delayed.

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account at the top of any page and clicking on "Order Tracking". This will show you the progression of your order, including shipping status.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a size, color, or style exchange. We suggest that you place a new order for the new size, color or style and return the original order within 30 days of purchase (shipment date).
